The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • A conference materials package
  • Two lunches (17th and 18th September) at the Mövenpick Restaurant
  • All abstract handling and registration processing (Copernicus)

Financial Support

To promote broad participation, a limited amount of financial support is available.

Early Career Scientists: A total of 20 fee waivers (free registrations) are available to support the participation of early-career researchers (Master’s students, PhD students, and postdocs within five years of their PhD defence). Applications will be submitted via a dedicated application form, which will be reviewed by the members of scientific committee.

Notes for Applicants:

  • Priority will be given to students who actively contribute to the scientific program.
  • Successful applicants will be informed by email.

Invited Speakers:

Additional funds are available to support participation of four invited speakers.
