Registration & Fees

Abstract submission deadline: 20.06.2026.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• A conference materials package
• Two lunches (17th and 18th September) at the Mövenpick Restaurant
• All abstract handling and processing charges (Copernicus)

Financial Support

To promote broad participation, a limited amount of financial support is available:

Early Career Scientists: A total of 20 fee waivers (free registrations) are available to support the participation of early-career researchers who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. Applications will be submitted via a dedicated application form, which will be announced shortly.

Notes for applicants: A limited number of 20 registration fee waivers are available.

• Priority will be given to students who actively contribute to the scientific program.
• Successful applicants will be informed by email.

Invited Speakers:

Additional funds will be available to support participation of four invited speakers.
